GPMHA Membership
All coaches. trainers, managers, executive members or volunteers with Greater Petawawa Minor Hockey for the 2020/2021 season must have a valid vulnerable sector screening. They are all being done online and have a very long wait to be completed. Please complete the forms as soon as possible. I have attached a file for the online form as well as the volunteer letter from GPMHA the letter must be attached.
